Mohamad Yehia is an entrepreneur with business experience across the UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, and the United States. His journey began in the UAE’s construction sector, working with leading companies before moving to Qatar, where he contributed to major developments through roles at established firms, including Arabian Construction Company (ACC).

He later founded Laconstracta Group Company, a project management consultancy in Qatar involved in complex construction and development projects. The firm became known for supporting challenging projects through project recovery, construction coordination, and hands-on involvement, including tower-scale works in The Pearl.

Expanding internationally, Mohamad established Leyela Group Corp in the United States, focusing on private investments and the development of health-focused manufacturing opportunities.

Back in the region, Mohamad launched Lavera PMC in Dubai, building on his project management consultancy experience and positioning the company around project management, development consultancy, and construction-related advisory.

In Lebanon, Mohamad established YDC — Yehya Development & Consultancy as a sister company to Lavera PMC under Yehya Holding’s group structure. YDC connects Lebanon-based contracting and engineering services with the wider regional experience and group portfolio developed through Lavera PMC.

The group also operates H2M in Beirut as a specialized contracting company focused on civil, infrastructure, institutional, and tender-based works, alongside Leyehia Group Company, focused on trading and distribution in Lebanon.

With a proven ability to identify opportunities and build resilient businesses across sectors and geographies, Mohamad Yehia continues to lead Yehya Holding with vision, integrity, and hands-on dedication.
