Mohamad Yehia is a dynamic entrepreneur with a career spanning the UAE, Qatar, Lebanon, the United States, and the United Kingdom. His journey began in the UAE’s construction sector, working with leading companies before moving to Qatar, where he contributed to major developments through roles at top firms including Arabian Construction Company (ACC).

He later founded Laconstracta Group Company, which quickly rose to prominence as one of Qatar’s most recognized project management consultancies. The firm became known for stepping in to recover and successfully complete complex projects—most notably, delivering several towers in The Pearl. Laconstracta built a reputation as the go-to firm for challenging, high-stakes developments.

Expanding internationally, Mohamad entered the London real estate market, while also establishing Leyela Group Company in the United States, focusing on private investments and the development of a health-focused supplement business.

Back in the region, Mohamad launched Lavera PMC in Dubai, a continuation of the Laconstracta model, now positioned to become a key player in the UAE’s real estate and construction landscape.

In Lebanon, he founded Leyehya Group Company, initially focused on construction goods trading, later expanding into food distribution and import. The group caters to both local and regional markets.

To extend Lavera’s presence, Mohamad established YDC – Yehya Development and Consultancy as the Lebanese counterpart of Lavera PMC, focusing on engineering, construction support, and development advisory.
